In addition to this, please find below a link to the Government Guidance that we will be following:

Guidance for full opening - schools

Translated Guidance for full opening is also available on the Government website.

Please also click here to find the addendum to the Behaviour Policy.  These are the procedures we will be following in line with Government Guidance in light of the new rules and changes that will be applied in response to COVID-19.

Breakfast Provision

Government guidance asks schools, where possible, to consider resuming breakfast provision from the Autumn Term and build this up over time.

In the first instance, we will be opening up breakfast club places to working parents who need this provision at the start of their working day and where there is no other form of child care available to them.

Working parents who need breakfast club provision are asked to obtain proof of their working hours and/or shift patterns and e-mail these to the school office:  office@christchurchcofeacademy.co.uk.

Alternatively, your employer may wish to e-mail documentation direct to the school office on your behalf.

Friday After School Provision

We will continue to make provision for working parents (who have no alternative child care) to accommodate a later pick up time of no later than 3.30 pm.  We will of course need written proof of working hours/shift patterns from employers before allocating a place. Where both parents and carers are working we need proof from each of your employers.  Employers must e-mail confirmation to the school office:  office@christchurchcofeacademy.co.uk.

Please be advised that this will not take the format of an 'after-school' club.  No PE clothing or otherwise will be required.  This provision will support children in completing homework tasks set by their class teachers.
