Procedures for educating pupils off-site during emergency closure

At Christ Church CE Academy, we take our role as educator extremely seriously. In the event of school closure, for any circumstances, we must ensure that we continue to provide the high quality education that our pupils and families deserve. These guidelines will allow teachers and school staff to provide pupils with continuing education in times of school crisis.

NEW to home learning … ‘Into Film’ Writing Competition!

To help young people flex and develop their literacy and analytical skills while schools are closed, ‘Into Film’ are launching ‘Review 100, a new film review writing competition.  Every two weeks they will select a winner and they’ll receive a £20 Amazon Voucher. Click here for further details.

 

NEW to home learning . . . White Rose Maths- Home learning 

Always happy to help, the White Rose Maths Team has prepared a series of five maths lessons for each year group from Year 1-8. They will be adding five more each week for the next few weeks.
